Aesthetics web design.
A one-page demo website available to adapt for practitioners in Nottingham and across the UK.
One-page website for an aesthetics practitioner
I originally bought the nottingham-aesthetics.co.uk domain with the idea of selling it as a complete package to an aesthetics practitioner.
However, when I looked into it, I found another local aesthetics clinic with a similar domain and, therefore, decided to turn it into a one-page demo website to showcase how it could work for some aesthetic practitioners.
In this post, I share my thought process when designing an aesthetics website and also, how this is a design that can be adapted for practitioners who need an online presence beyond social media.

What the Nottingham Aesthetics demo includes, and why
If you’re already established with a loyal client base and a strong social media following, a one-page website gives you the professional online presence to back that up, somewhere to send people that reflects the quality of your work. If you’re just starting out, it gives you a solid foundation to build from without overcomplicating things at the beginning.
When I built this site, I thought about what an aesthetics client actually needs to see before they book.
First impressions and the banner
The site opens with a clear headline – Aesthetic Treatments in Nottingham. Someone searching needs to know within seconds that they’re in the right place. Many people requiring treatment, will be searching for someone locally and search engines need the same clarity. The intro copy underneath builds on that, setting the tone before a visitor has scrolled anywhere.
A professional, calm visual identity
Rather than defaulting to clinical whites and cold tones that can feel quite medical and intimidating, the palette was chosen to reflect the calm and modern environment many aesthetics practitioners create to welcome clients into their space. The tones complement each other without competing, and they give the site a feel that’s in line with what clients expect when they walk through the door.

Clear treatment information with pricing
Aesthetics clients often do a lot of research before enquiring. The demo site includes the main treatment categories with starting prices visible, which removes a common barrier to enquiry.
A strong, warm introduction to the practitioner
Choosing an aesthetics practitioner is a personal decision. The about section is where that trust starts – introducing the person behind the treatments, their qualifications, and their approach, so a potential client feels comfortable before they’ve even made contact.
The ‘what makes us stand out’ section builds on that, covering the approach to treatments, the environment, and the ethos behind the clinic. For a potential client doing their research, this is the difference between a website that feels considered and one that feels generic
Social proof in the right place
The testimonial on the website isn’t buried at the bottom. It sits in a natural reading flow, at the point where a visitor might be on the fence. That placement matters.
A clear, simple call to action
Book a consultation is one clear next step, repeated at logical points through the page. The website also includes contact details for potential clients to get in touch with you.
Thinking about your own aesthetics website?
This kind of site works well for a range of practitioners and it doesn’t have to stay one page. When you’re ready to grow, individual treatment pages can be added and optimised for search so you can be found on Google for specific treatments like anti-wrinkle injections, dermal fillers, or skin boosters. And if you are wanting to get found without paying for ads for specific treatments, this something I strongly recommend when the time is right for you.
This aesthetics website demo is available to adapt for your own practice as follows:
- The colour palette can be adapted to your own brand colours.
- The stock images used throughout are licensed and included so if you’re not yet at the stage of investing in a professional photo shoot, you have something professional to work with from day one.
- When you’re ready, your own images can be swapped straight in and I also offer branding photography should you wish to have professional and personal photos on your website.
- The copy will obviously be replaced with your own words to personalise it but the demo gives you a starting point for ideas.
- The site has been built without premium theme costs, keeping it straightforward and cost-effective to maintain and adapt.
