2. Services Covered

These Terms apply to all services provided by Spotlight Lane, including but not limited to:

• SEO Audits (digital consultancy services, available to purchase online or by invoice)
• Web Design Projects (custom consultancy service)
• Photography Services (including personal branding and commercial photography)

3. Payments

All prices are in GBP (£) and include applicable taxes unless stated otherwise.
Payment is required in full at the time of booking for SEO Audits or other digital services.
For web design and photography services, a non-refundable deposit is required to confirm the project or session date, with the remaining balance due as outlined in the individual agreement or proposal.

Payments are securely processed via Stripe or by bank transfer.

4. Digital Services and Cancellations

By purchasing an SEO Audit or any other digital service, you acknowledge and agree that work will begin immediately. As such, you waive your right to a 14-day cancellation period under the Consumer Contracts Regulations (2013).

All payments for digital services are non-refundable once the order has been placed. Spotlight Lane does not offer refunds for change of mind or where access or information required for the audit is not provided.

5. Web Design and Photography Deposits

Deposits paid for web design or photography services are non-refundable, as they secure your project or booking date.
If you need to reschedule a photography session, reasonable notice will be required and alternative dates offered.

6. Delivery of SEO Audits

SEO Audit reports are typically delivered via email within 1-2 weeks after receiving all required access and information.
Any recommendations or advice provided are based on best practice and industry knowledge but do not guarantee specific search engine rankings or outcomes.

7. Intellectual Property

All written content, reports, and resources created by Spotlight Lane remain the intellectual property of Spotlight Lane. You are granted a non-exclusive licence to use the materials for your own business purposes.

For web design projects, ownership of the final website content will transfer to the client upon full payment. The underlying website framework, design structure, and any reusable templates or assets created by Spotlight Lane remain its intellectual property and may not be resold, copied, or redistributed.

8. Limitation of Liability

Spotlight Lane is not liable for any indirect or consequential losses arising from the use of information, recommendations, or services provided. All advice is given in good faith and based on the information available at the time.

9. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the English courts.
